Group Art Exhibition in Greece

Grand opening: SATURDAY APRIL 16 18.00 - 21.00,

The artists of OCHRA, who are connected by their common but diverse reference to the Greek-Byzantine artistic tradition, present in their annual exhibition images with reference to Holy Week and Easter, as well as their other artistic creations inspired by the joy of Spring and life. In their creations, worked with various materials that start from the traditional egg tempera and reach up to digital painting, organic elements of ancient Greek and Byzantine painting are combined, as well as elements from many different trends of modernism. Beautiful works that show how the Greek visual tradition can continue and be a living expression of contemporary artists in a postmodern era and in a world that is constantly changing, looking everywhere for beauty and the solution to the problems that plague our societies.

Important information for entering the site: Due to sanitary measures, a certain number of people are allowed inside the exhibition area. Admission to the space is free. In order for the public to enter the exhibition space of the METS Arts Center, a valid vaccination certificate is required. The entrance is done with the use of a mask and by observing the distances both during the arrival and during the stay in the exhibition and according to the instructions of EODY. Refusal to show a relevant vaccination certificate or lack thereof makes entry inadmissible to the visitor
